Whats so good about naga pelts? - Guild Wars Forums

I've asked around ingame and no one would give me an answer and search is disabled so what makes naga pelts worth 750-1k?

The only use I know for them is for a quest called 'Naga Oil', where you need 2 pelts (I think).

I guess people sold/salvaged any pelts they got at Shing Jea, and don't want to haul back there to farm some

one of the quests requires you to get 2 naga pelts in order to get the quest item off a collector, and it seems as though they drop rarely and mostly on the Canthan starter island which is annoying for us Tyrian foreigners doing the quest =/

i think that's why anyway.

Crap, I wished I knew that, I was getting a crap load of them while getting my Tengu Mask. I merchant...ted all of them. I got a kick out of getting Naga Hides.

i was wondering the same question ive saved up 6 of them beacause ive heard people wanting them in the market place. ive seen a collector who wanted 2 for a peice of armor but thats it.

Hey listen up! Don't buy those Naga Pelts at those crazy prices.

There are higher level Naga NE of 'Sentieng Harbor". They are located near the beach, in the 'Lagoon' area. I have been farming them for the Naga Pelts and selling at 100g level; getting rid of these 'scammers'. Spread the word -

These are not hard to get; it's just that people don't know where to get them, and the low-lvl 2 Nagas will rarely drop them, unlike those NE of the Harbor. Don't get scammed!

Selling Naga Pelts for 1-2k is NOT scamming. Scamming is selling Naga Hides as Naga Pelts or somthing in that order. If you sell an item and give the person that item that`s not scamming that`s doing busniess. If the said person does not wish to buy what your selling at your price that`s his busniess. So please don`t confuse the two. I wasn`t looking to buy pelts anyway, I was hoping to get into the OTHER side of the business.

Naga Hides =/= Naga Pelts
